陈春雷，男，汉族，1983年出生，山东潍坊人，中共党员、工学博士、教授、硕士研究生导师。2002年至2014年就读于西北工业大学，于2006年获工学学士学位(信息对抗技术专业)，2009年获工学硕士学位(模式识别与智能系统专业)，2014年获工学博士学位(控制科学与工程专业，二级学科：模式识别与智能系统)。2010年9月至2012年9月，受国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目全额资助，赴美国佐治亚理工学院(Georgia Institute of Technology)联合培养，曾参与美国国家自然科学基金项目“多核计算的自适应并发管理”(Adaptive Concurrency Management for Multicore Computing,CNS-0845583)等多项国家级科研项目。
主要研究方向为机器学习、高性能计算。已主持山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项、潍坊市科技发展计划项目2项、横向课题3项。作为骨干成员参与山东省自然科学基金项目2项。目前已发表SCI、EI检索及中文核心期刊论文20余篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI检索论文5篇、EI JA检索论文3篇、中文核心期刊论文1篇(第一作者论文含3篇CCF推荐期刊论文)。
