
逄顺鹏,工学博士,讲师,北京大学现代农业研究院园艺作物基因组学与合成生物学实验室访问学者。博士毕业于中国海洋大学,主要研究方向为人工智能、生物信息学和智能药物设计,研究内容为采用神经网络模型进行生物信息学的研究,包括蛋白质结合位点预测、小分子-蛋白质相互作用预测以及蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用预测等。共发表相关SCI文章10余篇,申请专利2项。参与国家自然科学基金1项。
